Build a body that can go anywhere 🌍

When I was younger, I was drawn to extremes. I was disciplined, regimented and often unwilling to compromise. The plan always came first.

But gradually I’ve realised that health should add to your life, not subtract from it.

Life is short. It is valuable. And it is meant to be lived. Fully!

That is why FitFlowLife comes back to three ideas:

Life is for living.
Health serves life.
Consistency beats intensity.

Health is not the final goal. It is the foundation that gives you the energy, strength and freedom to enjoy what matters most. To pursue goals, to be present with loved ones, and to explore all that this world has to offer.

And you do not need perfection to build it. You just need simple habits that fit your life and can be repeated for long enough to actually make a difference.

If you want to build your health in a way that actually supports your life, send me a message with the word FITFLOWLIFE and let’s talk.

Build your health. Multiply your life.

Hey, I’m Jasper.

I help ambitious men get lean, strong, and focused—without turning their life into a full-time fitness project.

My philosophy?

Life is for living.

It’s all about balance. Health should add to your life, not take it over.
I keep things simple, sustainable, and focused on what actually works.

It’s not just about looking good—
It’s about building a practical lifestyle that works for you, supports your energy, develops self-respect, and cultivates peace of mind.

If you’re ready to feel proud of the man in the mirror and still enjoy your life along the way—
You’re in the right place.

Let’s keep it real. Let’s keep it simple. Let’s build something that will last.

Life does not happen in straight lines.

We twist to reach the back seat of the car. We change direction while running. We carry shopping in one hand. We climb, rotate, balance and react.

Yet a lot of training happens almost entirely forwards and backwards.

That’s why I love movements like this.

The reverse lunge to high twist challenges your body through multiple planes of motion, asking your legs, core, shoulders and nervous system to work together rather than in isolation.

You’re building:
✓ Lower-body strength
✓ Balance and stability
✓ Rotational control
✓ Coordination
✓ Athletic movement quality

Does that mean isolation exercises are bad? Not at all.

If your goal is to maximise muscle growth, exercises that isolate specific muscles are incredibly effective. But if your goal is to build a body that feels capable, resilient and athletic in everyday life, you also need movements that integrate everything together.

Your body isn’t a collection of separate muscles.
It’s one interconnected system.

So if you want it to work in the way it was designed - as a system - train it like one.

What’s your favourite full-body movement? Let me know below 👇 by @fitflowlyfe

Thanks @higherupwellness for the opening video.

Yes, environmental toxins are real, and it makes sense to reduce unnecessary exposure where we reasonably can.

But there comes a point where obsessing over every pan, plastic container, ingredient and minute of sunlight creates more stress than the thing you’re trying to avoid.

Especially when that obsession starts affecting your mental health, your relationships or your ability to simply enjoy your life.

Unless you’re wrapping your lips around car exhaust pipes or blending plastic into your smoothies, the biggest improvements to your health will still come from the basics:

Eating mostly whole foods.
Moving and training regularly.
Sleeping well.
Managing stress.
Maintaining meaningful relationships.

Get the big rocks in place before you start stressing about the grains of sand.

Health should help you live more freely, not make you afraid of everything around you.

Don’t let trying to optimise your health become the thing that makes you unhealthy. by @fitflowlyfe

Try this simple kettlebell circuit 👇

🏃 2 minutes skipping
đŸ’„ 20 double kettlebell swings
đŸ’Ș 20 double kettlebell high pulls
đŸ”„ 20 push-ups on the kettlebells

Rest < 60 seconds between rounds

Complete 4 rounds and you’ll have a full-body workout done in around 20 minutes.

It’s a great combination of strength, power and conditioning that gets your heart rate up while building real-world fitness.

Save this for your next workout and let me know how many rounds you manage.

Just a bit of Bali ❀

Came here to celebrate the love of two beautiful souls and ended up receiving so much more.

An extraordinary wedding, incredible workouts, kind people, many sunrises, stunning nature, mountain views, and a bit of down and take it all in.

Weddings are always special, but this one felt truly extraordinary. Being in Bali, surrounded by beautiful people, nature, movement, and inspiration, reminded me how much is possible when you create space to live well.

I think it’s safe to say I’ll be back taken in Bali, Indonesia by @fitflowlyfe

Everything you want has a price.

Before you hold onto the outcome, ask yourself if you’re willing to pay it.

If the answer is no, release the desire.

If the answer is yes, stop wishing and start working.

The work is where the transformation happens.

Have a beautiful day ❀

For most of my life, my training was about getting bigger, stronger, and fitter.

Between playing rugby, strength training, and body building, I spent hours spent chasing muscle and performance.

And while I got pretty good at building strength, I was also stiff, tight, and carrying more aches and pains than I cared to admit.

Then COVID happened.

The gyms closed, and I found myself looking for a different way to train.

That’s when I discovered yoga.

I started following @breatheandflow “Yoga for Men” series on YouTube, and honestly, it humbled me. I quickly realised that being strong and being mobile are not the same thing.

Since then, I’ve returned to strength training, kettlebells, running, and all the things I love.

But yoga stayed.

Sometimes it’s a 10-minute mobility flow before training.

Sometimes it’s a full standalone practice.

Sometimes it’s joining a class while travelling, like I am here in Bali.

What keeps me coming back isn’t just the flexibility.

It’s the awareness.

The connection between body, mind, and breath.

The ability to slow down, tune in, and move with intention.

If you’re a man who’s spent years lifting weights, running, playing sport, or simply sitting at a desk all day, my advice is simple:

Open YouTube.

Search “Breathe and Flow Yoga for Men.”

Pick a beginner class (the yoga for men series is brutal 😂 don’t start there!)

Give it one session.

But your body will thank you for it.

And you might discover something you didn’t know you were missing.
