It’s My Birthday and I’m 39 years old.

In a year I will be 40 but I plan on setting some new STANDARDS this year.

RACE TO 40:
A year of Speed and Strength PR’s to prove what ‘Old Man Strength’ and Speed really are!

At the end of the Journey?

I’ll be running the @twincitiesinmotion Marathon Oct 17, 2027 just 1 week shy of my 40th Birthday and GETTING a lifetime Marathon PR!

Follow Along on my QUEST (and all the Side Quests) for Old Man Strength and Speed.

Allow me to Re-Introduce Myself

I’m a garbage and first started at 15.

My best Marathon is 3:18:22 @indymonumental

After my last marathon i did “Reaching for Reacher” where I put on 15lbs of muscle 💪 in a few months.

I’ve done some crazy challenges including:
✅ 2M Mile Lunges w/ 20lb @goruck weight vest
✅ 5K Turkey Trot while carrying 100lb GoRuck Sandbag
✅ 2Hr Jump Rope

I’m known to get some pretty SPECTACULAR ice 🧊 beards on winter ❄️ runs and use to do a Long Run Lipsync once a week for a year.

You will never be as strong as you are right now.

Unless you lift! Strength training will help you realize how strong and resilient you can become.

We’re all rooting for you!

Fall 🍂 has finally started Falling 🍁 Y’all!

Time to act accordingly and go for a run!

Get those miles in 🏃‍♂️

You’ll never be that fast again.

Whether someone told you this or it’s been a pervasive intrusive thought in your brain this one is for you.

You have it in you!

I’m not only going to run that fast again but I’m going to run faster!

Also good luck to anyone running @indymonumental in a few weeks! It’s an amazing well run race.

Are you Team Running Club or Party for One? by @fitgarbageman

Apparently at 3am Matchbox 20 must be lonely but I’m out here going for a morning run and feeling great!

Start the day with something that makes you feel alive.

Getting miles in before work.

Hopping on the trend because why not?

Can’t remember last time I went for a Pull-up PR

What’s yours?

R&B can solve most of your problems.

Go for a run and put on your favorite track.

What’s your favorite R&B song?
