Confession time: Gym is boring!! Let me teach you my secret trick:-

It's our responsibility to think everything about whatever wrong we have eaten ( burger, pizza, pasta) so far in our life, we should start blaming them!!

You will definitely breeze through the session quickly as I know the list is tooooo long...hahahahah (it may take me months even to compile it)🤣🤣🤣

How's was it?? Let me know your tricks as well ....

Arms up!!!

Hi guys, Tuesday' session went really well. My stamina was good and I was able to do exercises smoothly without stopping.

Do you think, instead of 1 hour, I should increase the timings by 35-40 minutes? That way, the gym exercise can become more challenging?

What do you think? Let me know your thoughts.

Today's workout:

20 minutes- Treadmill
40 minutes- Arm Strengthening workout
