Last day of October 🎃 Lots of cool things have happened this month and not so cool things 😂 but I made it and I feel like I grew! (inwardly y’all not stature wise! 🤣) Super excited for this next month and what it is going to bring for my clients and my coaching as well as my other professional endeavors. Got some exciting stuff brewing!!

Little me dreamed on swings in Sunday dresses. She had no idea she’d grow into a woman who lifts heavy, coaches other women, writes books, and still talks to her in the mirror.

Am I what she expected? No. I’m better — because I didn’t quit on her. 💗
