Chhava 🐯🔥

You become what you surround yourself with.

Every successful person I meet reminds me that there’s another level to reach.

Grateful to keep learning, growing, and aiming higher.

If you ever wonder how the gym can change a life, look at these photos.
2019 → 2026.
I fought my battles in silence. No favors. No begging. No support.
Everything I built, I built on my own.
Proud of the man I’ve become—and I’m just getting started.

Everybody wants the results. Few can stick to the basics long enough to earn them.

2021 was different.

Boiled eggs. Boiled chicken. 6 banana. Every damn day.

Not because I loved eating that shit but i couldn’t cook, and had no choice.

But guess what?

The food was boring. The results were NOT.

No fancy recipes.
No 20 different supplements.
No excuses.
Just consistency, discipline and getting the job done. by @fitness_engineerr
