Teaching women the boxing love language🥊♥️
@boxingislove_org

Because boxing is more than a sport.
It’s a feeling.
It’s a mindset.
It’s strength.
It’s community.

Teaching women the art of boxing,
creating a space for women who show up, want to grow, and believe in what boxing can make possible.

Boxing is Love🥊♥️

Discipline first. Everything else follows.
Results don’t come from motivation alone, they come from showing up on the days you’re tired, stressed, and don’t feel like training.
Stay consistent, trust the process, and remember why you started 💪🏻

Indeed, the blessed night of the birth of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is a night of immense blessing and mercy.

The blessing of Allah sending the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to this Ummah is greater than the blessing of the creation of the heavens and the earth.

On this blessed day of 12th Rabi al-Awwal, we remember the birth of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ a mercy to the worlds and a light of guidance for humanity.

You can’t perform at your best in a body running on empty.
Real strength isn’t built in the grind, it’s built in recovery. A spa day isn’t a luxury, it’s a reset your body and mind actually need 🧘🏽‍♀️💦
