Monday’s got nothing on me. Cold start? I turn it into fuel. Chaos? I call it rhythm. Watch me move, wild and unapologetic. This is the energy we bring to the week all gas, no brakes. 💥

Cold water doesn’t give you the flu ,viruses do.
For me, the cold is mostly a mental battle: control your breathing, relax, stop fighting it and let the stress go. After a while your body settles in, and when you get out, dry off and put warm clothes on, you feel fresh, awake and somehow warmer than before.
Cold is uncomfortable… not impossible. Train the mind, the body follows. by @fitnesxeni

Monday reminder: If you needed to hear this. by @fitnesxeni

2006 ➜ 2026.

I came to Finland with one bag, skinny as hell, barely speaking the language, and no clue what life was about to throw at me.

New country. New rules. New culture. New problems.

I’ve had ups, downs, wins, losses… days I wanted to quit, and days that reminded me why I never should.

Funny thing is…

In Finland I’m “the Albanian.”

In Kosovo I’m “the guy from Finland.”

So tell me… where the hell am I actually from? 😂

Foreigner here.
Foreigner there.
Sometimes it feels like I’d be a foreigner in the next world too… if there is one. 😅

But here’s what Finland gave me: discipline, opportunities, and a chance to build myself from nothing. It wasn’t always easy, but it made me tougher. For that, I’ll always be grateful.

The skinny kid in 2006 didn’t become this overnight. Twenty years of work. Thousands of workouts. Long shifts. Stress. Failures. Starting over. Again and again.

People only see the “NOW.”
They don’t see the years where nobody was watching.

Life doesn’t care where you’re from.
It only asks one question:
“Are you getting up one more time?”

Still Albanian.
Still grateful to Finland.
Still not finished. 💪🇦🇱🇫🇮 by @fitnesxeni

The strongest man in the room isn’t always the biggest. He’s the one who wins the battle nobody sees.

Every workout, every healthy meal, every early morning, every time you choose discipline over excuses you’re building more than muscle. You’re building a life.

Health isn’t about looking good for one summer. It’s about being able to play with your kids, protect your family, wake up with energy, and still be standing strong when others have given up.

Motivation comes and goes. Discipline stays. Nobody is coming to save you. Nobody can lift the weights for you. Nobody can eat clean for you. Nobody can live your life for you.

Your body is your only permanent home. Take care of it. Respect it. Push it.

Become the man your future self will thank you by @fitnesxeni

Those so called government "health experts" who look fat as fuck and stand on podiums telling us how to live? I'm tired. They pontificate about willpower, diet, exercise while ignoring the conflicts, the junk-food contracts, the cushy lifestyles that make their advice empty. If you can't walk the walk, don't tell us how to run. This isn't just hypocrisy it's a betrayal of trust. When policies favor industry, when transparency is a joke, the advice becomes propaganda. Question motives, demand data, and judge by outcomes, not appearances though if they won't hold themselves accountable, it tells you everything. So stop swallowing their soundbites. Do your research, trust your body, and hold them to the same standards they preach. We deserve accountability, not lectures. End of story. by @fitnesxeni

Im the reason the weather has trust issues. Happy Midsummer from the Finnish mountains. 🇫🇮☁️😈 by @fitnesxeni
