Bench press has never been my go-to chest exercise because I know there are plenty of other movements that work better for me. But today, I decided to challenge myself and focus on one of my weaknesses. Bench has never been my strong suit, but you can’t expect to grow if you only do what you’re good at. Do what you hate to get the results you love. #fabletics #chestday #benchpress #growthmindset #TrustTheProcess NoWeaknesses by @fitpapi_e
And the work continues. There’s always more to learn, more to improve, and more gains to make. Stay hungry, stay consistent, and keep showing up. One day at a time. * #fitnessmotivation * #stayconsistent * #neversettle * #growthmindset * #discipline @trigga500k by @fitpapi_e

Another day down. I’m not gonna lie, I’m feeling good. Every day I show up, I get a little stronger, a little tougher, and a little closer to the goals I’m chasing. We keep stacking these days. One rep, one run, one step at a time. Let’s keep it rolling. #squatchallenge #stayconsistent #fitnessmotivation #keepgoing #leoseason @yungeenace by @fitpapi_e
Day 5/31. 🦵🔥 I ain’t gonna lie… my legs are definitely feeling these squats 😂. But that’s how I know it’s working. The goal isn’t to make every day easy, it’s to keep showing up even when you’re sore. Five days down, and we’re just getting started. Stay consistent, trust the process, and let’s see where we’re at by the end of the month. #squatchallenge #fitnessmotivation #legday #fitfam #noexcuses by @fitpapi_e
Day 4 of the August Squat Challenge and I ain’t gonna lie… my legs are definitely feeling it 😂. But that’s the point. Every rep is breaking me down just enough to build me back stronger. The soreness fades, but the strength stays. We keep showing up, one day at a time. Let’s get it, fam! * #fitnessmotivation * #legday * #workoutmotivation * #gymtok * #ᴇxᴘʟᴏʀᴇᴘᴀɢᴇ by @fitpapi_e
🚨 AUGUST SQUAT CHALLENGE IS HERE! 🚨 Who’s ready to build them legs? 🍑🔥 Week 1: 50 squats every day. Every week after that, we’re adding 25 more reps to the daily total. This ain’t just about squats, it’s about showing up for yourself every single day. Stay consistent, stay disciplined, and watch what happens by the end of the month. It’s Leo season… so we gotta work 10x harder. 😤💪 Drop a 💯 if you’re in. Tag somebody who’s doing this challenge with you. LET’S FUCKIN’ GO, FAM! 🔥 #squatchallenge #fitnessmotivation #fitfam #noexcuses #legday by @fitpapi_e
Day 31/31. 🏁 We did it. July Challenge complete. ✅ Thirty-one straight days of showing up. Some runs were easy, some were a grind, but every single mile was a decision to keep going. This month wasn’t just about running, it was about building discipline, proving consistency wins, and becoming a better version of myself one day at a time. To everyone who followed along or joined the challenge, thank you. We crushed this month together. Now it’s time to recover, set a new goal, and keep raising the bar. The challenge is over… but the journey is just getting started. by @fitpapi_e
Day 30/31 8 miles in the books! Day 30 and we closed it out with an 8-mile run. One more day to go, and we’ve already crushed the goal we set for this month. This challenge wasn’t just about the miles, it was about proving that consistency beats excuses every single time. Every early morning, every tired leg, every run added up to something bigger. One more day. Let’s finish this the same way we started… strong. * #running * #runmotivation * #runnerlife * #redbull * #ᴇxᴘʟᴏʀᴇᴘᴀɢᴇ by @fitpapi_e
This is what the grind looks like after the run is done. Sweat still drying, heart still thumping. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up. Every step is proof I didn’t quit. #explorepage #dancefit #runnerlife #runmotivation #fitnessjourney fitnessjourney by @fitpapi_e
