🌿 A Little Part of My Life… 🌿

There was a phase when I was working in a bank, earning well… but losing myself.
No time to eat, almost 20 cups of tea, no exercise, only stress.
From 62 kg, my weight went beyond 104 kg. Even finding clothes became difficult.
A hurtful comment in a mall made me feel even worse.

Health problems kept adding up ...BP, thyroid, acidity, migraines.
I was irritated all the time, and it affected my relationship with Anand too.

But the biggest shock came from my 6-year-old son.
He softly said, “Mamma, my friend hugs his mother on the bike… but I can’t hug you properly.”
That touched my heart. It was my turning point.

I joined a wellness program… slowly my acidity reduced, migraines reduced, and the weight started melting away.
Today, I’ve lost 24+ kg, my BP medicine is stopped by my doctor, and my thyroid dose is also reduced (recommended by docto).
Most importantly, I feel healthy and happy again.
