I’ve been pretty inconsistent throughout my fitness journey always on and off.
This is probably my 3rd or 4th transformation, but by far the best one yet.

I’ve experienced what it feels like to have abs, a chiselled physique, and to be in top shape. But one thing people rarely talk about is how hard it is not just to get there but to stay there. It takes a ridiculous amount of consistency, discipline, and patience over the long run.

And honestly? I’m not someone who wants to live a life full of restrictions. I enjoy pizzas, desserts, aloo paratha, and occasional drinks, eating out, and actually living life.
But at the same time, I never want to feel unhealthy or uncomfortable in my own body.

So instead of chasing perfection all year round, I focus on maintaining a physique that’s sustainable for me somewhere around 12–14% body fat, decent strength, good energy levels, healthy blood markers, and most importantly… being myself.

Fitness doesn’t have to mean suffering.
It’s about building a lifestyle you can realistically maintain.

So if someone as inconsistent as me can still figure it out and keep showing up again… why can’t you?

Book your consultation and start your fitness journey with no unrealistic standards just you and me building it brick by brick into a stronger, healthier version of you.

Higher dietary creatine intake (≥13 mg/kg body mass daily) is linked to a 25% lower odds of irregular periods (oligomenorrhea; OR 0.75, 95% CI 0.66-0.86, p<0.001) in US women aged 12+, per a 2024 NHANES study analyzing 4,522 participants.

Women meeting this threshold from foods like meat and dairy also showed reduced risks of fetal macrosomia, pelvic infections, hysterectomy, and oophorectomy compared to suboptimal consumers (average intake: 10.5 mg/kg).

Why it matters: Creatine supports energy in reproductive tissues, aiding cycle regulation potentially boosting fertility. Aim for creatine-rich diets consult pros before supplementing.

It isn’t just a gym quote, it’s basic biology backed by data. More lower‑body muscle means better strength, balance and power, which reduces falls, keeps you walking independently and preserves your capacity to do daily tasks as you age. Studies consistently show that people with low muscle mass or strength have a much higher risk of early death, while those who stay stronger for longer are more likely to reach very old age. In simple terms, muscle is longevity currency – and your legs are your biggest “bank account,” so every squat, lunge and deadlift is a long‑term investment in your future self. by @fitsbe

✅Caffeine stimulates blood circulation in the scalp, which may help activate dormant hair follicles.

✅Prolongs the anagen (growth) phase of hair follicles in some people.

✅Adds temporary thickness & shine by tightening the hair cuticle.

✅May reduce shedding caused by weak circulation or scalp fatigue.

What coffee water cannot do

❌ It cannot reverse genetic hair loss (male/female pattern baldness).

❌ It won’t regrow hair if follicles are dead.

❌ It doesn’t replace nutrition, hormones, or medical treatment.

❌ Results are cosmetic + supportive, not curative. by @fitsbe

Alcohol disrupts muscle recovery by slashing protein synthesis rates by up to 37% post-workout, even with protein intake, and suppresses key mTOR pathways essential for repair. These effects linger, impairing strength and adaptation for 12-48 hours or more, as seen in studies showing reduced torque and persistent anabolic suppression. Ditch the drink after training to maximize gains your muscles deserve it. by @fitsbe

Nicotine shows promise in supporting muscle strength and endurance through targeted physiological effects. Research highlights its potential to enhance performance without the harms of smoking.

Mechanisms of Action👇🏻

Nicotine activates nicotinic acetylcholine receptors on muscle cells, mimicking natural signals that promote contraction and force production. This boosts blood flow and oxygen delivery to skeletal muscles, improving endurance and power output during activities like resistance training. Studies note increased peak power in lower extremities and better satellite cell activation for muscle repair post-exercise.

Performance Evidence👇🏻

In baseball players, nicotine gum raised hitting accuracy by 33% versus placebo, with sustained bat swing speed improvements over repeated efforts. Acute administration also elevates force production, aiding sustained strength in deltoids, biceps, and other key muscles. These effects stem from enhanced neural signaling and reduced fatigue, helping muscles stay stronger longer.

This post shares scientific insights on nicotine’s potential effects on muscle strength for informational purposes only and does not promote or endorse nicotine as a supplement, performance enhancer, or health aid. Smoking or vaping is harmful and not recommended. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before considering any nicotine products or changes to your routine, as individual risks like addiction and side effects vary. by @fitsbe

Protein builds muscle by repairing and growing muscle fibers after training.
Carbohydrates fuel muscle by providing glucose, the primary energy source for workouts and recovery.
Healthy fats regulate muscle by supporting hormones, cell membranes, and long-term energy balance.

Strong muscles aren’t built by one nutrient alone they’re built by balance.

Scientific research increasingly highlights lean body mass…the total weight of muscles, bones, organs, and fluids excluding fat as a vital factor in determining metabolic health and diabetes risk. Lean body mass, especially skeletal muscle, plays a central role in glucose metabolism because muscles are the primary site where blood sugar is taken up and utilized for energy. When lean body mass is abundant and well-maintained through physical activity and nutrition, the body’s ability to respond to insulin improves significantly, enhancing insulin sensitivity and promoting efficient glucose uptake.

Studies says that individuals with higher lean body mass tend to have better insulin function, reducing the likelihood of insulin resistance, which is often the first step toward type 2 diabetes. Conversely, low lean mass often seen with aging, sedentary lifestyles, or malnutrition is associated with poor glucose regulation and higher diabetes risk. This relationship remains strong even when controlling for factors like age, fat mass, and body weight, making lean body mass one of the most reliable predictors of diabetes development.

Building and preserving lean muscle through resistance training, adequate protein intake, and overall healthy lifestyle choices not only protects against diabetes but also boosts overall metabolic function, energy levels, and long-term health. Therefore, focusing on lean body mass is a scientifically backed, practical approach to diabetes prevention and metabolic wellness. by @fitsbe
