🌿 Immune System Support

Elderberries are high in antioxidants (especially flavonoids like anthocyanins) that help the body fight oxidative stress and support immune defenses. Very essential during cold and flu seasons.

That dreaded time of the year is back ... Flu season 😫

No one has time for the flu! I always get asked "what does sea moss do to prevent me from catching the flu?"
Great question......👇🏾

Things that help manage mucus build-up:

▪️Stay hydrated! I can't stress that enough!
▪️Drink warm lemon water upon waking up - loosen any toxins trapped in your digestive tract
▪️Limit the amount of fried foods
▪️Consume sea moss gel EVERY SINGLE DAY!
▪️Limit dairy products and opt for non dairy such as almond milk, oat milk, etc.
▪️Consume lots of fruits & veggies

I was in my element last night as a vendor at @cityofgrace614 "Pause with a Purpose" event.

I love educating on sea moss and the benefits, ESPECIALLY as it is related to perimenopause and menopause. Grateful for the opportunity and for the 6 new customers that placed orders on the spot.

I'm often asked how do I have time to run my business, with all that's on my plate? It's simple honestly.............

I'm a proud FAITH-BASED business owner, and I operate on Biblical principles!

My response is simple:
I prayed that my business would be a blessing and make an impact.
So I will never complain about what God has given me. He gave me exactly what I prayed and asked for—and He gives me the strength to keep going! 🙌🏾

I will never mismanage what He’s entrusted to me. 💜

Fit-Spiration is a FAITH-based business, fueled by God.

A business is nothing without a general leading the charge — and I’m honored to serve in that role. As a servant leader, I use the gifts God has given me to help people feel good from the inside out.

Thank you to each and every customer that has ever ordered/supported. I'm grateful 💜 taken in Columbus, Ohio by @fitspiration_wellness
