My heart feels so full lately. Life has slowed me down in the best way, reminding me how important it is to be present. I’ve taken a step back from social media and leaned into real moments with real friends and family. It hasn’t been an easy season, but I’m healing the best way I know how, by surrounding myself with the people who fill my cup 🫶🏼

Cheers to the new year and all the memories still ahead 🥂

Our annual Thanksgiving “Beast Before We Feast” 🍗🦃🍂🍁🥧

workout did not disappoint. Every year we show up, push past our limits, and remind ourselves why this community is built different. There’s nothing like grinding through a brutal session surrounded by people who choose discipline, growth, and health every single day.

I’m beyond grateful to be part of a community this strong inside and out. The energy, the grit, the heart… it’s unmatched.

Huge thank you to @hiitfit_kissimmee and @mrs.hiitfit for building this place from the ground up and creating a space where we can all level up together.

S/O to our supplement sponsor: @toptiernutritionorlando
Our recovery MVP: @h.i.m_harper
And the unbeatable vibes + music that kept us going @after_dark_entertainment_

Hosted and edited by yours truly 🫶🏼 Coach Kat

Grateful for this team. Grateful for this community. Grateful for the grind 💪🏽

Finally made it through the post-festie blues guys but wow, this year hit different. I let myself slow down, breathe it all in, and really feel the music and the energy around me.

There were moments when I looked up into the lights and let myself be grateful just to exist. Crazy how a crowd of strangers can suddenly feel like home… and how being fully present can make you realize what it means to feel alive.

Forever thankful for the memories, the release, and the magic that stays with you long after a festie ends ✨💛🌙

“I SLAaaayy for the trees and the gains.” 💪🏽

Our annual Halloween workout is always a VIBE — bringing good energy and fun to kick off the holiday season 🎃

Stay ‘til the end for the Lorax rave sesh 💅🏼💥

Couldn’t ask for a better community to move, sweat, and celebrate with. 🧡

Big shoutout to THE MACRO BAR for pulling up with the best macro-friendly treats — I’m still thinking about that S’mores protein shake and PB brownie 😭👏🏽

Until next time, team 🧡🖤💛♥️

✨Behind the Scenes✨

I’ve been really enjoying my quality time with friends and family since show day. Posting less and catching up with life and friendships while jumping back into reality 🤍

Show day truly reminded me that it takes a village, prep isn’t always a SOLO journey. The support I’ve received throughout this last prep has been overwhelming, and I am beyond grateful to be part of such an incredible gym community that makes me feel loved, encouraged, and appreciated.

This show felt different in the best way. Seeing so many of our members come together not only to compete, but to celebrate, support, and learn more about the world of bodybuilding was so special. Surrounding myself with like-minded individuals has made this entire process so much more meaningful

To my team: I love you all so much. You are some of the hardest-working, most dedicated individuals I know, and I’m so proud to stand beside you. We’re all badass, and I couldn’t ask for a better community to share this journey with. ❤️💪

“Omg you’re so skinny.”
“You’re too lean.”
“You lost muscle.”
“Girl, you look kinda sick.”

I’ve heard it all up until this point. Too much muscle, not enough. Too lean, too soft. People will always have something to say about your appearance. But what really matters is how you see yourself and the work you put in to become your best self

This might not be my favorite look… but this is bodybuilding. This is what we work so hard to achieve days before stepping on stage. And as I reflect on my journey, I’m proud of everything I’ve accomplished, mentally and physically

Blocking out the noise. Ignoring the opinions of people who don’t understand this sport.
Truth is… unless you’ve lived it, you never will.

This sport isn’t for the weak.
There’s a reason why only a small percentage of us do this — because we were built for it.

3 days out. Depleted af, Let’s finish strong.
