Consistency gets easier when you don’t have to do alone. 💪 Having access to a gym and equipment is one thing. Knowing what to do, having a plan to follow, being coached to improve and having people around you who keep you accountable and push you to be your best? That’s something else entirely. You don’t have to walk in and figure it all out yourself with us. DM us for more info on how to get started! #fittforge #hamiltonfitness #strongertogether #hamont #strongereveryday by @fittforge

OCTOBER’S MEMBER OF THE MONTH: AARON 🔥 The member of the month is someone who emulates the FITT Forge principles: hard work, respect, and positivity 💪 The member of the month also receives 2 free tickets to a @hammersahl game! The member of the month for October is 🥁….. Aaron C.!🥳 Thank you Aaron for all your hard work! You have made a total dedication to yourself and your health and we love to see it! You crush double classes often (strength and spin) and give it your all each time. Beyond your own achievements, you’re always cheering on your fellow members, celebrating their wins, and helping create the incredible sense of community that makes FITT Forge so special. Thank you for being such an essential part of the FITT Forge community. We couldn’t do this without you 💙 by @fittforge

Advance Care Planning isn't only something to think about when you're older or seriously ill. An accident, sudden illness or unexpected complication can leave any of us unable to make or communicate our own healthcare decisions. Part of being prepared is thinking about what matters to you, knowing who may be asked to speak for you, and helping them understand how you'd want them to approach those decisions. ACP is preparation, not prediction. A little from my talk at FITT Forge last weekend 💜 #AdvanceCarePlanning #HealthcarePlanning #Preparedness #HamiltonOntario #SortedPlanning by @fittforge
A few spaces available for a practical first aid seminar in Hamilton next Saturday 💜 Most of us have thought, “I wouldn’t know what to do” — and then hoped we never have to find out. I’m hosting a 90-minute session with SOS First Aid and Safety Training at FITT Forge on Saturday 26 September, and we’re opening the remaining spaces to anyone who’d like to join — you don’t need to be a FITT Forge member. We’ll be covering: ❤️ Heart attack & stroke recognition 🫀 CPR basics ⚡ AED use 🫁 Choking With time to actually practise, rather than just listen to a presentation. 📍 FITT Forge, 616 Rennie St, Hamilton 📅 Saturday 26 September ⏰ 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 💵 No set fee — just a small donation to Heart & Stroke Please note this isn’t a drop-in session. Spaces need to be booked in advance so we know numbers for the practical parts. My work is helping people feel more prepared for the things we’d rather not think about. First aid is a very practical version of the same idea. Want a space? Send me a DM and I’ll confirm your place. #HamiltonOntario #HamiltonON #FirstAid #CPR #AdvanceCarePlanning SortedPlanning by @fittforge
