Why meal prep failed for me at home—and it’s not what you think.
3 hours every Sunday, 4 cutting boards. A sink full of dishes. 😫
And by Wednesday I was eating cold chicken over the sink, or not eating at all hating my life.
So I started outsourcing to my own store 💁‭✈️Ha!
