Here are 4 essential steps to losing fat quickly and looking fabulous this summer ☀️

1. Build more lean muscle- lean muscle is your metabolic powerhouse. The more lean muscle you have the more calories your body burns throughout the day and the easier it is to keep you slimmer for longer.

2. Mild daily caloric deficit of 300-500 calories combined with exercise- this deficit is very manageable and healthy, and results in 1 lb/week of fat loss.

3. Intermittent fasting once per month- a super powerful tool for fat loss if done for at least 18 hours. At the 18 hour mark, your body begins to burn lots of fat. My recommendation is to do 3 back to back days: 20hrs, followed by 18hrs the next day and 18hrs on day 3.

4. Moderate intensity cardio- this can be as easy as brisk walking if you are a beginner.

If you begin now, you will lose at least 12lbs by the summertime!

20 MINUTES GLUTES FOCUS WORKOUT 🔥

Research shows that in order to get the maximum muscle growth for your glutes, you should be picking resistance where you you feel like you could’ve done another 2-3 reps at the end of the set.

And course, you have to have the right exercises for your glutes! Here I picked a few exercises from my new online fitness program for you to enjoy! Go to my link in bio to check out a free preview of the program 🙂

4 sets of 8-12 reps
