The sunset today was just sooo gorgeousss🥹

Took my girl Perris for a run today hoping she would push me a little extra and improve my time but homegirl almost dragged meee🫠 She gets wayy too excited when she sees other dogs so we’re definitely gonna have to go back to training in our neighborhood smh.

You guysss, I’m gonna be running a 10k in August & I need to start training!! I usually come & jog this trail like 3 times a month but I’m not gonna lie, I kinda stopped running as regularly & my times went up hella, soo it’s time to get serious cuz we got some werk to dooo. I definitely want to work on getting back to an 8 min avg mile, so starting today, I’m adding one 5K a week into my workout split. Wish me luck!!!✨
