4 months ago, she began post- partum training.

It has been HARD work consisting of the right balance of strength training, endurance training, Pilates, sleep, nutrition, and supplementation… but she’s officially down over 80lbs… and counting.

Try this epic back + bicep burner:

Warm up:
3sets
• 10 underhand banded pull - aparts
• 10 high to low banded row with isometric hold

Workout:
3 sets
• 5 banded chin ups + 3 deficit chin ups
• 8/8 3-point bent over kb row

4 sets
• 12 underhand mid to low rear delt flies

3 sets
• 12 straight bar cable lat press down
• 8 dual cable lat pull down with neutral grip

3 sets
• 6 reps hinged cable lat pull downs with wide grip

Finisher:
3 sets
• 8/8 3-point db row
• AMRAP dual db hammer curls by @fitxkris
