It’s about creating a supportive space where each person can move, build confidence, work towards their own goals and enjoy being active — at their own pace.

Because fitness should be accessible, encouraging and something everyone can feel a part of.

For the Instagram cover, I’d choose a brighter, clear photo that shows movement, confidence and connection. The current image feels a little dark, so a well-lit frame with the person’s face or activity clearly visible would be more inviting and engaging in the feed.
