Hi, I am Jen!

I thought it would be a good time to introduce myself to you on Social Media. Many of you know of my role as CEO @pinkdreams.inc, but my career started over 21 years ago in the Holistic Well-Being and Fitness Industry.

I “fell” into the Fitness industry from my personal experience of being bedridden for over a year with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Fibromyalgia. Holistic modalities changed my life and were the impetus to become a certified personal trainer, which I still hold and practice today.

My career span allowed me to host two television shows: “Fit Your Style,” “Healthy Lifestyle, Healthy You,” and a radio show on CBS. I proudly represented New Balance Canada and Vitamix and worked with some of the most well-known brands in the industry. I became a North American keynote speaker on Holistic Leadership and Well-Being, a Magazine Contributor, and a Best-Selling author of “ Find Your Inner Goddess,” which was the stepping stone into National TV and eventually red carpet hosting events.

My mantra has always been this: “Fuel the mind, and the body will follow.” Finding the confidence to dig deep mentally into your traumas and triggers, working on yourself, and staying in your lane for inner and outer healing.

I have been private about my holistic work over the last several years as my social media role has taken on the public front. As a person who continues to be challenged with a “silent” illness, I have made a vow to share my experiences and expertise with you in 2025. I hope these social “nuggets” will help you on your journey of well-being.

Last night we came together (in our best Game Day Chic) to celebrate the premiere of TEAM MOMS: Baseball, dropping tomorrow on P+ Canada!⁣
⁣
The P+ team knocked this one outta the park with a fantastic night of themed drinks, bites, interactive baseball activations, and of course, the screening, which included a special hello from Executive Producer Kim Kardashian herself!⁣
⁣
Team Moms: Baseball follows a high-stakes group of parents whose sons attend a premier baseball academy in Scottsdale, Arizona. While the sons try to “up their game,” the parents bring the heat both on and off the field - Can we say DRAMA? This isn’t just a sport; it is a lifestyle, and the stakes are high!⁣
