STRETCH KIT CHECKLIST 📝

Here is a quick checklist of everything needed for stretch classes. Having your own kit every week ensures you get the absolute most out of every lesson! We don’t have enough spare equipment for everyone to borrow, so having your own set is essential.

❗️Note: Please ensure Thera and loop bands are the correct length for your height—both are available to buy directly at reception.

STAY COOL & KEEP DANCING!🌞

It’s going to be a hot week, but we will be open!
All three of our studios are air-conditioned, so we can keep dancing safely.
Just a quick reminder to wear appropriate dance uniform and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

See you in the studio! by @fitzgraham
