Fatherhood is a permanent assignment. Fatherhood isn’t a role you clock in and out of—it’s a lifetime post. There’s no off-season, no retirement, no “I’ll get to it later” without consequences. Whether your kid is 5 or 35, you’re still Dad. The assignment evolves, but it never expires. And the truth is, you don’t get a clean slate every day. The wins stack, but so do the misses. That’s why accountability matters. Owning your mistakes as a father might be one of the most powerful lessons you ever teach. #stayreal #stayready #father by @fitzmagic88
