09/01/26 • Summer gym 26’ in the books 🌸
this has been the hardest season I’ve ever had in adulthood thus far. Losing my grandmother has shattered me in ways I can’t/won’t convey in a caption. I am happy that she was able to see my growth and celebrate it with me in our way. This summer has been a belt to ass season and for that I am thankful that I have built my lifestyle (unwellness bodybuilding npc) in a way where I rely on my discipline and not how I feel.

People always asking me what do I eat but I eat the same shi daily however I sauce it up a tad. Macro friendly (400 cals for 2 burgers) and yes I did demolish this off camera 😋😋 who said meal preps have to be boring beef/broccoli combo.
