It has been a long week for us...
Couldn't go to the spa so we brought the spa to us. Simple moments. Simple pleasures.

Today has been a day. And I couldn't have been happier to see this coloring sheet as my next page.

I grabbed me a cup of hot Stress Relief tea, my pink pen, and started coloring.

When I tell you I needed all of the time I gave myself! The weight started melting off. My face started to relax bc the b!tch face was hittin' hard ☺️. My frustrations started to fade and turn into problem solving mode. If we can fix one problem, let's take a step back from that and start working on other tasks that won't be affected.

Our emotions are so temporary. If we just give ourselves permission to stop 🛑, regroup 🫂, and reset ⏱️🌬... our next decision will be made with clarity and a level-head.
