AVENGERS… ASSEMBLE!

6 phenomenal athletes taking the stage and representing the team this weekend.

(From left to right)

• Darian has already nationally qualified twice this season, but is bringing her most competitive look so far to this 3rd and final show

• Danni flew to Texas yesterday for her second national show and is looking her absolute best, with an IFBB Pro card well within reach

• Cheyenne has evolved into her final form of the season and will be looking to improve the placing she landed at her debut show last month

• Romeo will be making his classic physique debut and showcasing his masterful posing and flow this weekend

• Brandon is back for redemption and is looking dangerous at 2 days out. He won’t miss this time and is definitely one to watch going into this show

• Weam is bringing the most muscular True Novice physique I’ve ever seen at over 6 ft tall and 230 lbs!

As a coach, it has been an absolute honor to coach these dedicated and hard working athletes over the last year.

They have continually proven to me that they are men and women of action and it’s hard not to get a little emotional going into this weekend after all we’ve been through together this year.

Regardless of their of placings this weekend, I know they can all say that they put their heart and soul into this prep…

I am extremely proud to call myself their coach.

Best of luck team! The time is now!

30+ lbs of bodyfat off for Romeo

Romeo and I first met over a year ago (at a rave of all places) after he approached me in the middle of a crowd and asked me if I was a bodybuilder (yes, my head grew considerably in that moment 😂)

It’s pretty wild sometimes how a chance encounter can lead down a path like this one.

Ultimately, I gained not only a hardworking, dedicated and unrelenting client, but also a good friend.

Romeo was able to achieve the transformation above, despite being on deployment for most of last year and using outdated equipment that barely held together most days.

Not only that but sourcing clean food was even more challenging due to how limited the shelves were on the island he was stationed.

We literally had to make whatever we could work.

Being a man of very few words, he kept his head down and did the work without complaint.

I’ve rarely seen a more focused and driven individual.

Maintaining training performance was our top priority to ensure we retained muscle mass throughout this fat-loss phase.

Congrats, @elgainzbrah. It’s almost time to grow!
