from the beginning of this year i knew it was going to be special, but i had no idea how dramatic it would get lol

it’s been 4 years since i left home
it’s been a crazy journey

i’ve changed a lot, and sometimes it’s hard to even remember my previous life

i used to always be out, struggling to find time to be by myself. now it’s the opposite — i’m home most of the time, struggling to connect with people

i don’t think i want to remember most of that time. it was dark. but one thing i love is the habit i picked up — capturing good moments on film

i love how alive life looks on film, and how it holds a moment

and in the middle of a world that feels like it’s falling apart, i’m grateful to be in a place full of sun and smiles. still learning a lot from the people around me xoxo taken in Buenos Aires, Argentina by @fka.george

6.12.25 — el día del amor

on this christmas eve i want to share something i’m truly grateful for. people around you help you survive the darkest times

@aaalvvvi was the first friend i made after moving to argentina — a small miracle, also thanks to @agustin_ortiz_xx. from the very first week he showed me safe spaces, introduced me to his people, made the city feel familiar

two years later, here i am, honored to be at his wedding with @jacobppppppp

a few days ago, the war between russia and ukraine marked its third anniversary. for me and many others, it felt like we were stuck in an endless february that lasted for three years. only now do i finally feel that spring is coming. and it’s not about the news — it’s about something inside me.

i left my home a week after it started and went through many dark months, learning life lessons and growing up. at times, i didn’t just feel like a lost teenager — i felt like a newborn, relearning how to speak, connect, and even walk.

most of the time, i was anxious, not knowing where i was heading. i still don’t know for sure, but at least now i feel like i’m in the right place, surrounded by the right people.

i wish this devastating war would end and people would stop dying. i can’t change the world, but i’ve learned not to let it define me.
