Day 3 in the Dolomites 🇮🇹⛰️

A slightly lower-octane day than our epic Day 2… but no less spectacular!

Today we made our way from Rifugio Passo Duran to Rifugio Vazzoler, surrounded by absolutely incredible Dolomite scenery from start to finish.

And what a place to finish! 😍 The views from Rifugio Vazzoler are simply breathtaking. Sitting here looking up at these incredible mountains, it’s hard not to be completely blown away by where this adventure has taken us.

Another amazing day, another beautiful rifugio and another chapter in this unforgettable Dolomites adventure. ❤️⛰️

𝟳 𝗦𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗦 🥇

More memories made yesterday on the Mourne 7-7s.

16 started, 16 finished — every single person completing the iconic challenge. What a day we had. The craic was absolutely mighty from start to finish, with so many laughs along the way. It was one of those days where the teamwork, support, and encouragement from everyone really helped carry the group through.

Big shout out to Jerome from @jeromeoloughlin Guiding for coming along to help guide and support the team throughout the challenge.

Another big thanks to Mourne Mountain Shuttle and Paddy for getting us safely to the start point.

And a very special shout out to 15-year-old Kimberly Stewart who completed the 7-7s yesterday on her own, accompanied by her dad for part of the journey

Just a few snaps from our amazing through-hike on Saturday 💚
Travelling through the Mournes’ lower levels from Dunnywater, over Hare’s Castle, then dropping down to Bloody Bridge via the Crannoge Quarry.

The weather was unreal, the people were even better, and this route never fails to deliver. So buzzing to be back out with the crew again — honestly, I just love what I do 🙌🏔️ by @fkerr1973

Day 2 of our Mourne Wall series – wow, what a November sun! 🌞 From Ott, over Muck & Slievenaglogh, a quick cuppa at Silent Valley, then up Moorleve, Wee Binnian, finishing on Big Binnian, and down to Carrick Little… following the iconic Mourne Wall every step of the way!!

Challenge complete! Huge congrats to all, and thanks to the Dribbly Yak 🏅 & Mourne Shuttle for making it possible! 🙌

𝙾𝚝𝚝 𝚝𝚘 𝙲𝚊𝚛𝚛𝚒𝚌𝚔 𝙻𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚕𝚎

This time last week!

Throwing it back to another epic day along the iconic Mourne Wall – this time starting from Ott and ticking off Carn, Muck, Slieveanaglough, Slieve Muck (Mooleve), Wee Binnian and big Binnian itself. What. A. Day. 🙌

We were blessed with the weather – honestly, it felt like a full-on summer’s day in November. Blue skies, warm sun, and a group of absolute legends to share it with. ☀️💛

We even snuck in a wee coffee stop at Silent Valley (because adventure is always better caffeinated). ☕️😄

And of course… it wouldn’t be a Mourne Wall challenge without the classic bog run. A few wet feet, a few wet arses, and endless laughs. The kind of day that soaks your socks but fills your soul. 😂💦 taken in Mourne Mountains by @fkerr1973

𝙱𝚁𝙾𝙲𝙺𝙴𝙽 𝚂𝙿𝙴𝙲𝚃𝚁𝙴 ☀️ ☁️ 🌈

Still buzzing from Saturday’s Mourne Wall Series hike — and feeling beyond blessed. At the top of Slieve Bearnagh, the mountains gifted us something magical: a broken spectre wrapped in a rainbow. 🌈✨

For anyone who hasn’t seen one, a broken spectre is a rare phenomenon where your shadow is cast onto cloud or mist below you, magnified and surrounded by a glowing halo. It feels like the mountains themselves are sending you a little blessing.

And we got it perfectly framed with a rainbow. Honestly? Pure magic. Pure gratitude. Pure Mournes. 💛⛰️

𝙼𝙾𝚄𝚁𝙽𝙴 𝚆𝙰𝙻𝙻 𝚂𝙴𝚁𝙸𝙴𝚂: 𝙳𝙰𝚈 𝟷
𝙳𝚞𝚗𝚗𝚢𝚠𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚝𝚘 𝙾𝚝𝚝 𝙲𝚊𝚛𝚙𝚊𝚛𝚔

🗻8 peaks.
🔝 5 of the 7 highest in the Mournes.
🧱 1 big wall.
And a bunch of slightly mad adventurers who decided that doing it all of it in one day sounded like fun! 😅

From Dunnywater to Ott, we followed the iconic Mourne Wall — up, down, up again (and again…) — tackling the mighty Donard, Commedagh Bearnagh, Slieve Meelmore, Meelbeg..to name just a few.

The weather gods smiled on us 🌞, the craic was mighty, and the teamwork was next level. When one of us slowed, the rest lifted — literally and figuratively! 💪

There were laughs, snacks (so many snacks), and a few wet arses .. But we did it together, step for step, stone for stone.

Great memories of Day 1 of our Mourne Wall adventure — done, dusted, and absolutely unforgettable.
