now I can eat and drink matcha for breakfast 🥣recipe by @veggiekins 🍵ingredients:— 1/4 cup almond butter— 1/4 cup maple syrup — 2 tsp vanilla bean paste — 2/3 cup oat flour— 2 tbsp matcha powder (I’m using @fkro.co) — pinch of salt how to make:1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees 2. Mix almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Then slowly add the flour, sifted matcha powder and salt till a dough forms3. Roll out the dough into tiny balls or you can use a rolling pin and cookie cutter but I didn’t have any of that 4. it’s been a while since i had a fruity matcha that wasn’t strawberry, so this apricot matcha was a nice change!i’m using @fkro.co pinnacle ujitawara matcha and it was such a treat! this is fkro’s highest quality offering and i can tell after trying their other matchas.the color was the brightest i’ve seen from their line 🌱 i noticed that the matcha was extremely clumpy in the tin and was hard to get through my sifter, so i was quite surprised when it whisked into the smoothest and fluffiest microfoam!the end result was creamy, nutty, and refreshing drink. definitely a favorite from them! —#matcha #apricotmatcha #matchalatte #apricot #summermatcha ugc example ugc creator by @fkro.co

(Day 256/365 on my secret account) This matcha swirl sourdough loaf was SO fun to make!! 🍵🍞Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with the most subtle earthy matcha flavor that tastes so good with butter and honey. It’s been so fun experimenting with new flavors and sharing all of these creations with you!SAVE this recipe for later and follow along for more sourdough recipes and everything motherhood.IngredientsPlain Dough:• 200g bread flour• 4g sea salt• 45g active sourdough starter (overnight 10-12 hr bulk fermentation) • 125g room temp waterMatcha Dough:• 200g bread flour• 7g matcha powder @fkro.co • 4g sea salt• 5g sugar• 45g active sourdough starter (overnight 10-12 hr bulk fermentation) • 125g room temp water⸻Instructions• Mix each dough separately in the evening until no dry spots remain. After an hour do first stretch and fold. Do two more stretch and folds every 30 min. • Cover and let bulk ferment overnight for 10–12 hours.• In the morning, gently spread out the plain dough first.• Then spread the matcha dough on top of the plain dough, creating two layers.• Fold the dough like a pamphlet, then roll and shape into a loaf.• After shaping, place the dough in the fridge for at least 3 hours before baking.• Bake at 450°F:→ 35 minutes lid on→ 10 minutes lid off#sourdough #sourdoughbread #bread #baking #motherhood by @fkro.co
