Know you a God, even when they say you aint…✨Voting is active and live for me to be the next Ms. Health & Fitness for 2026! ✅✅💪🏾 LINK IN BIO‼️This is my first time doing something like this and I’m finally stepping out to fulfill one of my major purposes in Life: to inspire others to live in their Truth💯. In doing that, a lot of you know that one of the many branches to my Tree is promoting health and holistic wellness! The proceeds from receiving this honor will go towards my own personal training program and performing arts center for the youth and young adults. “Fitness isn’t just about the physical, discipline is fostered by mental strength” ‼️ With the climate of today’s inflation exceeding beyond the reach for inner city youth, and the decline of interest to participate in certain activities, I aim to be the beacon and the bridge to offer the opportunity and allot space for the youth to gain new perspectives.💡✨I’m a strong advocate for intersecting my different elements, further understanding the theory of “Two things can be true and happen at the same time.” My early introduction to fitness was through dance. In elementary school, my gym teacher utilized our class time to teach us a universal dance, and while it was fun, we still were able to work our bodies in the process. When I first got introduced to theatre, all of our sessions were met with a twenty minute warm-up/workout to get the blood pumping and the mind active to conquer the rest of the session. Intertwining fitness with the Arts allows people to strengthen their mental and test their creative palette to achieve their goals!💪🏾💪🏾Vote for me to be the Next Ms. Health & Fitness 2026, so WE could further promote Wellness in the Arts, and holistic healing for all.
