The 992 GT3 RS will be Turbo for the new Euro 7 standards and the regulations that change because it is very hard for Porsche to homologate an engine with the pollution standards concerning the emission of engines it is not the fault of the engineers it is the politics and Europe and all etc... So the technical solutions are very effective to reduce that Turbo. And the 992 GT2 RS will be hybrid plus Turbo and high performance hybrid system of the 919 hybrid.

According to information and photos circulating that I have seen of the 992 GT2 RS would be moving on the Nürburgring circuit of the Eifel nicknamed the green hell and a development circuit for future Porsche series vehicles and other car manufacturers. Hybrid vehicles are equipped with a yellow sticker during their development ⚠️.Always the biturbo engine like the predecessor 991 GT2 RS which was at 700 horsepower and packaging and Weissach pack and VTG technology for Variable Turbine Geometry. It will have a hybrid engine from the racing technology of the Porsche 963 LDMH directly transferred to the Porsche 992 GT2 RS series car we can also call it the technical solution. The development of the vehicle is in camouflage to hide the new design accordingly by developing GT2 RS products. The central exhausts are fictitious and we can also see two exhausts on the side of the bumpers on the other hand I do not know if they will be like that in the final products 🤔. A power between 780 and 830 horsepower thanks to Hybrid technology ⚡ it is much more than the predecessor 991 GT2 RS which peaked at 700 horsepower with simply a naturally aspirated Biturbo engine and VTG technology for Variable Turbine Geometry which blows into the naturally aspirated flat6 for more fresh air and the engine will be driven by a hybrid engine for more performance and deployment of electricity ⚡☄️.

The "Mission S"—the successor to the Carrera GT and 918 Spyder—has been unveiled. It features a functional, intelligent design that draws upon the visual language of its predecessors—at least in my view. The front and rear styling, particularly the rear-mounted exhausts, are reminiscent of the 918 Spyder, while the entire rear section—with its reimagined taillights—echoes the 918’s aesthetic. The wheels, meanwhile, bear a resemblance to those seen on the all-electric Porsche Mission R. The mid-engine model incorporates various design cues: the round headlights and pronounced fenders evoke the 911; the body lines that blend into the light signatures recall the G-series 911; the flat front fascia and the "car-within-a-car" concept at the rear nod to the GT1; the roofline, extending toward the tail beneath the rear spoiler, references the 959; the cooling system pays homage to the radiator fan of the 917 race car; and the cabin draws inspiration from the 550 Spyder and the 356. In the center of the instrument cluster, the tachometer combines an analog needle, and—in keeping with Porsche tradition—the ignition is located to the left of the steering wheel. Details regarding the powertrain (combustion, hybrid, or electric), power output, weight, performance figures, pricing, the final name, and the release date for the production version have not yet been disclosed. As for the front end, the style of the headlight clusters brings to mind the Carrera GT or the GT1; this is the true successor to the Porsche 911.The 550 Spyder, seen in Manhattan in 1953, echoes the design of the "Mission S"—the successor to the Carrera GT and 918 Spyder, positioned above the 911. The 550 was intended for the American market, and this striking photograph serves as a fitting tribute; in this regard, the Porsche brand is truly exceptional.

The Porsche Mission S concept has leaked ahead of its official unveiling—originally scheduled for 10:30 PM in New York—as images of the car under a black cover have already appeared online. It’s a shame how things can leak on the internet like this; the Mission S is set to be the successor to the 918 Spyder and the Carrera GT.

Rumor has it ⚠️ that Porsche will eventually release successors to the combustion-engine 718 Cayman and Boxster—with a launch scheduled for sometime in 2027—and the upcoming electric generation (codenamed 983) promises to be radical.
They will likely feature an NMC battery—similar to the 800-volt electric Porsche Cayenne K1—and utilize the chassis from the competition-spec Porsche Mission R rather than the platform used by the combustion models; instead, they will be built on a brand-new, bespoke electric architecture known as PPE Sport 😵‍💫😶.

The new WRC Project One rally car bears a striking resemblance to the Porsche Macan in terms of design—particularly the headlights and the rear styling. What do you think? ⁉️ As soon as I saw this rally car in videos on social media and YouTube, that’s the first thing that came to mind 🙄.

👉 Official images of the Porsche Mission S are not yet available, as the manufacturer is keeping details under wraps until its global unveiling 🌍🇺🇲. With a price tag around €500,000 and an official presentation scheduled for October 15, 2026, the Mission S is expected to deliver around 1,000 hp; unlike the all-electric Mission X concept, it will feature a different powertrain. Porsche has officially confirmed the name of this future supercar, which will succeed the legendary Carrera GT and the 918 Spyder—a car that was impressive in both design and power.

The full reveal and the release of all official photos will take place on October 15, 2026—exactly four days from now. For the moment, Porsche has shared only a mysterious teaser image.

While we wait to see its final lines (which are expected to draw heavy inspiration from the stunning Mission X concept), here are the key details already confirmed about this mechanical powerhouse:

*  Official reveal: Thursday, October 15, 2026.
* Powertrain: Contrary to expectations, it is set to move away from the Mission X's all-electric setup in favor of a high-performance plug-in hybrid architecture with a mid-rear engine.
* Expected power: Around 1,000 horsepower to propel this new flagship model.

Porsche's future plans for 2026:

🚀 Porsche 2026: Setting a course for exclusivity and innovation!

Porsche has unveiled its "Sportwagenschmiede '35" strategic plan to reinforce its identity as a sports car manufacturer and boost profitability by 2035 ² ³.
The strategy focuses on "Value over Volume," selling fewer cars at higher prices—with an average price increase of 20% ³.
The goal is to lower the break-even point to under 200,000 units per year ² ³.
The lineup will shift toward more high-end models, with the D and E segments accounting for a 45% share; this includes a potential new SUV positioned above the Cayenne ³.
In terms of models, the 2026 lineup promises to be extensive, featuring the 911 Carrera/Carrera S in Q1 2026 and the 911 GTS/Turbo S in Q2 2026 ¹.
Electric and hybrid models also take center stage, with the Cayenne Electric and updates to the Taycan, Macan Electric, and Panamera ¹.
Finally, 2026 models will feature a more responsive Porsche Communication Management system with built-in Alexa and immersive Dolby Atmos sound for Bose and Burmester systems.

From the 9th to the 11th, the 2026 Paradis Porsche event in Saint-Tropez will host 550 Porsches over three days in the south of France, featuring PTS (Paint to Sample) and PTS+ (Paint to Sample Plus) models. I’m really looking forward to it; the 2024 event was great, and I hope 2026 will be even better.
