Meet Coach Kat 👋

Founder of Flag Lab and an advocate helping pave the way for girls in flag football.

From leading camps, clinics and showcases across multiple states to collaborating with organizations such as the 49ers, Nike and EA Sports, Coach Kat continues to create more opportunities for girls to develop, compete and be seen!

Now, she’s bringing that same mission and passion to Miami Beach, helping create a strong foundation for girls flag football within the community.

Come ready to learn.
