Back in February I was lucky enough to go on the @nurtureyourzest Podcast Get in. I hadn't done one before but it was a lovely experience. The episode premieres tomorrow morning at 8am. I'll put the link in bio. You can even get notified when it goes live. Hope you will have a watch. And while you are deciding if the weather's hot enough for you 🥵 hot face emoji why not have a watch of the behind the scenes video where I become a bit of a diva about what colour mic I'll talk into 😆🙄 laugh and eye roll emoji and I answer quick fire questions on the spot. Here I'm answering What energises you? What's one myth about autistic creatives? What's your favourite thing you've made? Is it hard to let go of your work? What's your message to Teesside's young creatives? If your creativity had a flavour or scent what would it be? What one word would you choose to nurture your zest? Video description- Kim is sitting in a podcast studio. She rejects a bright green mic and gets a bright green one. She is wearing comfortable clothes and she is speaking to camera. #NurtureYourZest #PodcastGuest #Podcast #Artist #Teesside #AutisticArtist by @flamingoheights

Oh, hey! 😍 We know we’ve been a little quiet lately… but only because things have been VERY busy behind the scenes 👀 Today, the flock were back out again, recording another episode of our new people and place based podcast, in the most calming, grounding space ✨ We cannot wait to share it with you! We’ve been LOVING being off-site recently, getting into new environments, meeting incredible people, and capturing stories in spaces that just feel right. It’s been a bit special, to say the least. 🥰 There’s still so much we can’t say just yet… but trust us when we say, great things are coming! 😍 🤫 by @flamingoheights
We were off-site yesterday filming something exciting… The very first pilot episode of our BRAND NEW people and place based podcast... ...and it was one of those days that reminds us why we LOVE what we do. 😍 Joel and Tom were on shoulder mounts all day (and those things are no joke 🎥💪🏼), capturing everything so beautifully while keeping the energy steady behind the scenes. Chloe was in full producer mode... running the day, watching the details, making sure every moment landed the way it should, and looking after our flock. 🥰 And Ashleigh King… her wonderful, magical self, hosted the episode so beautifully.💖 The way she holds a conversation and makes people feel completely at ease is such a gift. 🥰 We can’t say much about this new series just yet... it’s still under wraps, but it already feels really special. 👀 🎙️ Very proud of this flock of ours!🦩 #FlamingoHeightsPodcastStudio #PodcastStudioNewcastle by @flamingoheights
omg we CANNOT deal with the cuteness overload 😭 we couldn’t resist this trend… look at our flock when they were tiny flaminglets 🥹 🦩 from tiny wings to making podcasting magic happen! 🎙️ #FlamingoHeightsPodcastStudio #FlamingoHeights #PodcastStudioNewcastle by @flamingoheights

Zoe brings wisdom, humour, and bold thinking, diving into topics from faith in the age of AI to female leadership, intuition, vulnerability, and the power of community. 💖 Tune in now, via the link in our bio! 👀 #NurtureYourZest #NurtureYourZestPodcast #FlamingoHeightsPodcastStudio by @flamingoheights
It’s FINALLY here! 😍 Our brand new season of Nurture Your Zest Podcast is now live, and we could not have picked a better human to kick things off than Reverend Zoe Heming — ordained minister in the Church of England and Canon for Mission at Newcastle Cathedral. This episode is a proper brain-and-heart stretch. Expect: 🌵 Big faith + big tech energy 🌵 Bold female leadership (with intuition leading the way) 🌵 Honest chat about disability, vulnerability & hidden strength 🌵 A gentle but firm reminder that self-sufficiency is overrated 🌵 Community as the main character Zoe brought wisdom, humour, courage - and yes, serious ZEST, and we’re here for it. 🥰 We’re LIVE. Go press play via the link in our bio. 🎧💚 Pssst... we want to know what moment made you stop mid-walk or mid-coffee sip. 👀 #NurtureYourZest #NurtureYourZestPodcast #FlamingoHeightsPodcastStudio by @flamingoheights

Did you know one of the most important parts of your podcast is… the show notes? 🎧 Most people overlook them, but they’re a game-changer for discoverability and listener engagement! Here’s our Supervisor & Podcast Marketer, Chloe Fergie, in action, writing a show note for one of our clients. 😍 It’s not just typing a summary, we watch the full episode, pull out key insights, research keywords, and craft each note to be SEO-optimised for maximum reach. Think of it as storytelling meets strategy. 👀 Why go through all that work? 🤔 Great show notes help your audience know exactly why they should listen, make your episodes easier to find, and showcase your content in the best possible light. That’s why we hand-craft every one, no cookie-cutter stuff, just thoughtful, polished notes that work as hard as your podcast does. 💻💖 Psst, got some show notes that need a bit of TLC? We’d love to help - get in touch! 💌 #FlamingoHeightsPodcastStudio #PodcastStudioNewcastle #Podcast by @flamingoheights
