allow me to introduce myself, i’m Amber, founder of Flamingo Supper Club! originally from New Orleans, where the food is better than anywhere else (sorry! 😅). after years in nyc, my husband and i settled down in the palm beaches, where he grew up. after noticing a serious lack of elevated, highly curated catering in the area, i decided to take things into my own hands. so, in january, Flamingo Supper Club was born!

you won’t find a standard PDF menu over here. we develop each menu to suit every client’s unique tastes, dietary needs, themes and vision for their events. we are committed to sourcing fresh, seasonal, organic, no BS ingredients and will not settle for anything less. we specialize in intimate dinners + cocktail parties as well as luxe box lunches and elevated dinner drops all with a funky and creative edge. we’d love to cook for you and show you what we got! taken in Palm Beach, Florida by @flamingosupperclubpb

As Seen In The PocketBook Pages @flamingosupperclubpb Food has always been about connection for chef Amber Wallace. That’s the spirit behind Flamingo Supper Club, where every gathering begins with a beautiful meal.
Inspired by her New Orleans roots, time in New York City, and a love of global flavors, Amber creates memorable dinners for everything from intimate celebrations to community events. Based in West Palm Beach, Flamingo Supper Club is known for colorful grazing tables, family-style feasts, and interactive meals that feel welcoming, thoughtful, and effortlessly fun.

We’re so excited to welcome Flamingo Supper Club as Loot’s new prepared foods partner!

Amber makes the kind of food we want to eat — fresh, thoughtful, really delicious, and built around incredible ingredients. Everything is made specifically for Loot and to our ingredient standard.

Coming so soon: chicken salads, seasonal salads, hearty bowls + more filling the case. We’ll start with a few favorites and go from there.

We’ve been eating our way through the test menu and can confirm — it’s worth the wait. 🤍
