first J’ouvert experience, definitely one for the books. by @flashbrowne

Had to tell my guy to get gone because @khyreethekamikaze was on his ass.

Legs were still dead from labor day weekend, but was still able to do some good rugby. Shouts to another fun tri-tips tourney by @flashbrowne

Didn't get any rest, but this trip left me recharged. Met some new family members, ran into my uncles, aunties, and family friends. Brooklyn, my Grenadian ppl, the parkway, yall dont owe me shit.

Did I see myself being a "player/coach" at this point in my rugby journey? HELL NAW. I felt like I didn't know enough about the game to be in this position AND im still training to play, and accomplish my own rugby goals.

Does my club need me? Yes. And so I lean on the knowledge that Ive picked up from players and coaches that were much better than me throughtout the years.

Thankful that these fellas trust me to help them get a lil better. Its very humbling. #norcalrugby #SanJose7sRugby #sevensrugby by @flashbrowne

Had to pay the toll, 7s season round the corner.

Sn: 7s is the superior version of rugby. It took me a lil minute to get to this conclusion but Im right, and yall cant change my mind.

First time playing flyhalf. Lots of fun, too many decisions to make. Scratched the itch, ill stick to fullback/wing.

Sn: UC Santa Cruz is up there in the "prettiest places I've played" rankings. by @flashbrowne

No other way I'd rather end/start my year.

Shout out the ballers that like to train.

Four years ago, when I became President of the Grenada Rugby Union, one of our first goals was to introduce the sport to school kids. We knew that young people are the lifeline of any sport — without them, it fades.

Today, not only have we accomplished that goal, but we’ve also created a platform for these future Grenadian players to showcase what they’ve learned in front of parents, siblings, and classmates at the Grenada Rugby World 7s tournament on December 5th and 6th. The Greenz Rugby Club juniors will be taking the field on the second day, December 6th.

This has been a long time coming, and it’s something I’m extremely proud of.

To everyone in the rugby community — and even those discovering the sport for the first time — we need your support. Tickets are only $10 EC (about $3.75 USD) and can be purchased digitally at:
www.go2fete.com/event/grenada-rugby-world-7s.html

Even if you can’t attend in person, buying a ticket directly helps us grow the union by funding youth development, expanding girls’ and women’s rugby, and supporting coaching and referee clinics.

Grab a ticket, support the movement, and help us build the future of Grenadian rugby.
