Had an idea a long time ago, fit the bumper from my Tacoma onto the Mazda. Got it started a while ago, finally getting close to getting finished. Mazda bumper had been modified to match the curve of the Toyota valence, the valence ends were pulled and moved to match up to the width of the truck. Hammer formed parts create the curved end caps on the Mazda bumper. End radius matched to the curve of the fender. Been working on getting the passenger side caught up to the driver side. Tedious but it’s coming out pretty ok. The last of the trim delete details on the driver side. Moved the fender/door edge to match up with the pillar now that the drip rail is gone.
