This was an amazing day of shooting the campaign shots with The Spin King @shanewarne for his gin label @708gin circa 2020…

This is probably my all time fav photo… I did my research, created a mood board, found the perfect dancer, preplanned to shoot. We had to hike down cliffs and I was lying in the wet sand. Then after this I had to drive down and be in LA for 9am… don’t you LOVE it when a plan comes together!! @annabelle.rina #sanfrancisco #sanfranciscoballetschool #dancer #goldengatebridge #arabesque #sunsetphotography # taken in Goldengate Bridge, San Francisco. by @flashstudio

I can not even begin to try and express my gratitude of being invited to be the official family photographer for Shane’s Memorial Service. The love, the memories, the respect, the banter and the honour you bestowed on me to create memories of such an incredible night will forever be the highlight of my career. Over the 15 years of working with Shane and the team around him I now have friends, colleagues and clients that will forever be apart of who I am.
“Thank you Shane for inviting me in and allowing me to be a small part of who you were and what you did. All your family are amazing people and they continue to share that love with me today…

Faith over Fear!!
It takes a certain amount of hubris (hu·bris [ˈh(j)uːbrɪs] Noun: excessive pride or self-confidence) to think you could try what Ryan @shecks has done over his career - let alone attempt those things - let alone be successful at them!! It’s been an amazing career to watch develop over the years and see those historic moments in skateboarding that will be remembered forever!
It was a pleasure to meet Ryan and capture some non-skateboarding shots of him during the @redbullskate Spot Check Melbourne! I’d love to ask @shecks sometime what is it that makes home believe he can do such crazy things?? taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @flashstudio

As much as I love shooting the skating it’s the people and the craziness around the events that makes special!! And then having a little fun with the edits!! @boostaus @redbullskate @ichpig @fasttimes taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @flashstudio

Live shooting is challenging to capture those moments that stand out and has feeling and are emotive - and then there is shooting @chocolatestarfishband 🤯 every crazy moment needed to be captured- I was exhausted by the end 🥵 thanks to @sthsideracing taken in Cranbourne Racecourse by @flashstudio

My favourite thing about shooting live music is the lighting and playing with all the strong and subtle lighting effects! Then editing the shots to black and whites makes for some great arty shots!! @thetempertrap @ @sthsideracing taken in Cranbourne Racecourse by @flashstudio

Loved the opportunity to shoot the @thetempertrap when they played at @sthsideracing - shooting live performances are the best for playing with all the angles and changing lighting and well as trying to capture the emotions taken in Cranbourne Racing Complex by @flashstudio
