I had a BLAST playing in the Hocus Pocus vs Beetlejuice mashup game yesterday at the warehouse. Ngl I felt like I was dying in the first half (who loves 102 degrees in October?) but came back feeling strong in the second half. I decided to mix it up a bit and block/pivot which I always find enjoyable although maybe not my strongest skill 😂. All my hard work paid off though and I was given MVP (look how cute; courtesy of @sailordoom1010 )!! I love these fun games and it’s a good reminder to do them from time to time because it’s good for your soul to feel zero pressure and just have fun and be silly on the track. The perfect way to kickoff spooky season 🧡🖤.

Thank you @pagan_god for capturing the joy!!

Had the amazing opportunity to announce for the Queens vs Krakens game last weekend with @fakenickgriff. I love to see Nick thrive at one of the things he does best (hosting) but also to get to do it with him 😍. I think we make a great duo 😘. Thanks @galgo.23 for capturing the magic!!

Also, who wore it better?

Doing my favorite exercise: re-racking weights to failure.

Pic doesn’t do it justice, but 90% of the sweat in this picture was from removing 140# from a trap bar wedged behind a glute drive machine.

More incredible pics from last weekend’s game by @jasonsandwich! They did an amazing job capturing my secret move in the last pic which is where I remove my arms before hitting the pack to prevent forearm calls! All jokes aside, that’s a pretty sick picture.

A couple pics from last Saturday’s game. I may have some feelings about my performance in this game, BUTT at least my butt looked really good. Thanks @galgo.23 for the confidence boost ♥️💛

“Bless me father for I have sinned…it has been exactly 10 min since my last penalty.”

Mom catching me committing crimes from her living room 😂. I’M INNOCENT I SWEAR!

When you find the exact moment you got that weird bruise. I can’t show you the one on my chest 😳. We left it all on the track last night. Love this team ⚓️ ! #rollerderbyofinstagram #rollerderbyjammer #mybodyhurts by @flat_track_monster

Tried back squats for the first time since my injury. I’m really happy with how much PT helped my squat form 😍. I need to get back in the habit of recording myself regularly because it is really eye opening. Probably will keep it light until I can squat this much without the leg quake, but STOKED to be able to do this again. Obviously I’m training solo and not an expert, so feedback is welcome but plz be kind thank you ❤️💛💚
