Hello October! 🍂🍁🍂 Im trying to have an evening walk every evening now😁 I walk until my leg starts to hurt and then I walk a little bit more 😁 Im starting to think that my pain is like something alive😂 virus with a brain! Because here is how it usually goes: I start walking, everything goes well, then area under my knee starts to hurt, I continue walking, pain starts to pulse, I walk, then out of nowhere it jumps into my spine and my back starts to hurt, I slow down, the pain drops back to the leg, but now it feels like some parts of my leg are on fire, and it depends on how I feel if I continue walking or stop and look for a bench. The head aches too by that time😁That is so interesting, every extra step can unlock new type of pain 😂 Im telling you guys! If you know someone who studies pain you can give that person my instagram, I will help with description of every kind of pain 😂 after walk I fall into my bed cursing and telling myself: that was the last time! Im done with the evening walks! Last time! And then the next evening I think: wait, what if today is THE day when I walk without pain?! I need to try! Aaaaaand then repeat the cycle of pain and cursing in bed😂 but I still hope! taken in Tikkurila, Vantaa by @flatwhitejana

Sauna! I decided that my blood needs to circulate faster, so I forced it😎😂but for real, my muscles are stiff, like a solid piece of steel🤷🏼‍♀️ yeah, my doc said, that it is how the body protects the injured spine, but now even my neck is stiff, so I hope that at least I can help my neck😁 I dont have active inflammation, so the heat should help with something🤷🏼‍♀️ anything🤷🏼‍♀️ like they recommend sauna for some good reasons, I just dont know them 😂😂😂 so, sauna, fix me! by @flatwhitejana

Guys! I HAVE TO MOVE OUT! Like…now!😶😂 sometimes when I find a song I keep it on repeat for days, so today I was going to the library and I stood in the hall waiting for the elevator. The problem was…I was not actually standing, I was pretty much dancing to this song😂 aaaaaand theeeeeen the neeeeeeighbooooour ooooopeeeeeener the doooooor and saaaaaaw meeeeee daaaaancing😶😶😶 Im packing my bags now! 😂😂😂 well, of course not😂 Im glad that sometimes even when the weather is bad, I still can enjoy something so much, that I dont even think about anything else😁 I became part of that song!

I dont have problems! I have books! 😍 but hey, its been almost a month since Ive got any new books😁 so there is that😁I have several books on my “to buy list” but I will try to stay away from the bookstores for another month! Hopefully! But, like, I have books that I would like to get! But I also have a lot of books that Im already reading😂 I DO NOT NEED NEW BOOKS! But I surely want to😂 by @flatwhitejana

I need a plan! I feel like since my back told me “yeah, how about…no” yet again I had not planned anything😕 I was so devastated after I did not go to my 2500+ mountain in Slovakia or Poland in august, that I guess I decided my back pain fully controls my life now and I have to live like that😶 well, its been two months now, my back and leg still hurts and almost daily I look for a place to sit down when the pain hits me again out of nowhere😕but! I walk good now! And fast! Not for a long time, but I manage to do short walks in fast pace without dragging my leg as if it is no longer part of my body😁 so there is that! But I barely do anything anymore. Except for working and helping random people😂 but after work most of the time I go straight to bed with the sound “uffffffffffffff, now my back can have a rest”. I need a new plan! Bigger and better! I have ten thousand hobbies on hold, I have my two ice axes I have never used, I have my tent (from Lidl, hehe) and I still have plenty of dehydrated food! And today all day I thought about the North. It is calling me again 😁 every train I see on the train station mentally takes me to my favorite city Kemi😁 but I spent shit ton of money to fix my phone, so I dont have travel money left for this month. Therefore for now my plan is - to have a plan! 😁 and can somebody tell me why Ricky Martin and Enrique Iglesias never come to Finland?! by @flatwhitejana

Mad Jana was maaaaaad today😶😂 we were at the gas station when a very old man came asking for help, he put the card in the wrong place - instead of putting it into the card reader he put it in the receipt printer and it got stuck there. The card was stuck in between plastic shield, so we could not just force that card out, there were no space. Then the man brought some knife but it was way too thick, then I took very thin some sort of tool from our leica box but even that was way too thick. So were were standing there trying to figure out how to get that card out. Aaaand then some fancy Mercedes stopped next to us, the driver opened the window and started shouting “MOVE YOUR CAR I NEED TO TANK MY CAR!!!!” Now. Listen. If! IF! He would had politely asked one of us to move the car like: guys, Im in a hurry, I really need to fuel, can some of you move your car please? Then of course one of us would had moved it. But he started yelling right away. At first I politely told him, that we are trying to help here. He started yelling louder, saying that he does not care MOVE THE FUCKING CAR. Then he had some weird smile and yelled: I see you are wearing workwear, what if I call your boss now?! I instantly yelled back : you can call him right now and tell him, that we are tanking the car on a gas station😂 you see, my colleague was actually putting fuel in our car, when that dumdass came😂next to our car was the old man car, but the dumbass could not fuel the car there, because the card was stuck in the automat. And the man, who was with us had indeed parked next to the fuel station covering it. Three. There were three cars. Have you done the math yet? THERE WAS ONE FREE PUMP AVAILABLE! He just needed to drive from another side🙃the man with us told me, that we are probably gonna end up being in some social media today😂but I got the card out! I used the reflective target that we had and just glued that card to it 😎 the old man almost cried☺️and hugged me thanking for help😁but what bugs my mind is in what kind of a sick world do we live, if when you see an elderly person needing help you start yelling instead of helping?😕 by @flatwhitejana

How do you get working clothes? If you are a man then you just go to the store, choose from gazillion of sizes and options, find the best fit and get it. My only request was pretty much: must be orange in my (or close to my) size. Thats it😁 I went to the store where we get almost everything we need for work, I asked for the women workwear. Size 36-38, orange color. The woman showed me available options. Two pairs in about 50-54 sizes. Thats. It. I asked, do you like have the trousers in yellow shade so that I can at least try it and order it. She said: no, thats all we have, all the rest were in solid black color and different fit 😂😂😂 it is freaking 2026, there are pleeeeenty of women on construction worksites now! But noooo. Later we went to another shop and there were much more clothes in all possible sizes and colors! For men. 😂😂😂 but at least there they had women section and I was able to try it and order it in the right color. One. Week! You have to wait one whole week to get it. So if tomorrow I fall down in melted asphalt then I dont know how Im gonna work, because I will have to wait another week to get the new pair😁 and if you wonder: well, why cant you just get male trousers. I tried, I tried many times, but the reason always stays the same: we do not have the same body proportions! I tried several options and if it more or less fits in the waistline then the length ends in like 10cm above ancle😂 like clown trousers😂 if I take the right length, then there is space for three of me in the waistline😂😂😂 And then there are gloves! Winter gloves! I have size 7, basic size for women hand, nothing special! 95% of the gloves are sizes 8 and up😂😂😂 Im a surveyor, I need my gloves to fit right to be able to do the work correctly😁try pushing buttons, when you have empty space in the glove or take a measurment with the tape, when you cant even hold it right, or as something as simple as writing something down! 2026! I most definitely dont like shopping for work😕😶😂 by @flatwhitejana

Who has the best hoodie in the world? Iiiiiiiiii dooooooooooooo 😍😄 there were only two left in the store: size XL and size S, Im sure size S was waiting for me 😄 I was not planning to buy it, but when I saw the color I just had to😄 suits my gray eyes😄Kiekko-Espoo! 🔥💙🔥 Yeah, Im in my back to hockey obsession phase 😂 oh, and did you know, that gray eyes are actually one of the rarest eye color in the world? I missed the whole last season and the first thing I noticed today was "whoooooaaaaaa, since when do we have so many sponsors?!?!?!"😂😂😂 And a huge new screen! And a lot of ads😄 if you look at the empty seats and wonder where are the people, well, a lot of them were late 😄 there were just a little under 5000 people at the game, and for the game not against our rivalry that is a pretty decent number! 💪🏻 Im back!
