I love a good intentional remodel — and after this many years, I thought I’d seen it all.

But the moment I walked into this house, it felt different.

By the time I reached the kitchen, I genuinely almost couldn’t finish the tour. I had to go home and come back the next day — take a breath, and return ready to embrace it.

I’ve been inside over 3,000 homes. I have never stepped into a floor plan like this one.

This project rewired something in my designer brain — so many new connections, so much growth. I’m genuinely grateful to see it finished.

Now tell me — what do you think? 👇

Back in 2021, we had absolutely no idea what we were doing, but someone told us we needed to get a unit at E11EVEN Residences… so we did.

A few years later, we finally got to actually enjoy it! And according to the girls, it’s a 10/10.

I think they found their new favorite spot, since the pool stays open until 10 PM 🧜‍♀️✨

Fun fact: we still haven’t touched the vodka from the welcome package. 😂 Sooo… let us know if you want to come over! 🍸 by @flavia.vigorito

They say books change your life… mine came with an interest rate 🤍

I can’t believe this full circle moment is finally here.

We bought this house back in 2022, and over the years, we poured so much love into it. We refinished the fireplace, updated all the lighting, added wallpaper, changed the entire color palette, completely finished the exterior, and so much more.

But the most important project of all it was bringing our second daughter home from the hospital 🤍

This house has held so many chapters of our family’s story—so many memories, milestones and celebrations.

And now, it’s time for someone else to make their memories here.

We’re incredibly grateful to have found the perfect family to call this place home. It makes saying goodbye a little easier.

Here’s to closing one chapter and stepping into the next adventure ✨🏡

Full circle. Full heart. 🤍

One of the greatest gifts of owning a business is getting to bring my daughter along for the journey.
While she’s still little, she’s already learning that every beautiful home has a story, every space has purpose, and every opportunity starts with work 🙌🏼

I’m not expecting her to follow in my footsteps—but I do hope she grows up knowing that design can change how people feel, and real estate can change lives.

If nothing else, I hope these little moments spark curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to believe she can build something meaningful one day.

I don’t take this for granted. 🤍

Now tell me… how do you think she did on this walkthrough? 👀 by @flavia.vigorito

Happy Father’s Day to the love of our lives! 🤍
Thank you for always showing up for us, loving us, and making every day better.
We’re so lucky to have the best master chef, our biggest supporter, and the funniest man by our side.
Thank you for taking such amazing care of our family every single day.
We love you so much!

Since we have some new friends here, we thought we’d share our journey ✨

In 2018, we were working out of a backyard shed with no design degree, no warehouse, and no roadmap for what this business would become.

Since then, we’ve outgrown six storage units, moved into a 10,000 sq ft warehouse, staged over 2,000 homes, built an inventory of thousands of pieces, and grown a team of 15 incredible people.

There were plenty of challenges along the way, but we kept saying yes to growth, yes to opportunities, and yes to building something we were proud of.

Looking back, it’s hard to believe how far we’ve come. Looking ahead, we’re more excited than ever for what’s next.

Thank you for being here and for being part of the story. 🤍

Follow along to see where the journey takes us next 🥂

The designer has the vision & the team brings everything else 💪

Behind every beautiful home is a crew of movers and stagers making it happen.
The real truth? We couldn’t do it without them.
