Heyoo! This weekend I’ll be in London for the launch of @estarmagazine Issue 02I’ll be playing some records at @manor.place to mark another milestone for a publication that continues to build thoughtful connections among skateboard, music, art, and independent cultureFeaturing a special installation by @cansadodainternet and @ollie.doveI also had the pleasure of contributing an article to this issue, which I’ll be sharing more about very soon. I’m still processing everything we lived through at @wakinglife.pt. Being part of the sound team was one of those experiences you carry for life… with heat, dust, exhaustion, and so, so much learning. And through it all, the magic of this place that feels timelessTo every friend I hugged again and every new soul who crossed my path, my heart is so full of you. I hope our paths cross again out there somewhere. It’s my birthday! Feeling grateful today, didn’t expect it to hit like this, yeah it’s a bit bittersweet, time does its thing, youth fades, we carry some scars and regrets but making it to 35 you realise not everyone gets that chance, so I’m just happy to be hereFeel like I’ve come a long way and still got loads ahead, and honestly in a few years this won’t even feel old, you’re never gonna be as young as you are right now, so might as well enjoy it, still feels like the beginning in some waysKinda love the greys, wrinkles don’t bother me, the knee pain though yeah that can go :))) Love you, miss you xxP.S: playing at @rumu.club this sat to celebrate life!
