Walking with purpose, love, and plenty of tacos! 💜

The fight against ALS hits very close to home for our Eddie’s Taco House family. After losing our beloved matriarch to her battle with ALS, we are endlessly grateful for the ALS Association and the vital support they provide to families navigating this journey.

Giving back to the community that holds us up is at the core of everything we do. At this year’s Walk to Defeat ALS, our team showed up the best way we know how: walking in honor of Magda Caballero (“Wind Warriors”) and serving up complimentary tacos, tamales, and ice-cold fresh lemonade to all the incredible participants.
Fighting ALS—one taco, one step, and one day at a time. 🦋✨

Between the gorgeous coastal aesthetic and a lineup of fresh, top-tier handcrafted margaritas, this spot delivered on every level. The cocktail menu is incredible—I’m already planning my next trip back to taste through more options!

Here’s what hit the table:
* Tuna Poké Bowl: So fresh and vibrant with sweet diced mango, fluffy rice, crisp veggies, and a delicious housemade dressing that tied everything together.
