Such an incredible time at @okeechobeefest this year. It was my first festival in 2019 and am so glad it’s back. Made so many friends and danced my ass off. Even had some spiritual experiences along the way. Shouldout to @end.overdose for allowing me the honor and privilege to help raise opioid overdose awareness and help keep people safe and dancing 🙏🏽 till next time Okee 🔥 #okeechobeefest #endoverdose #griz #ravefam taken in Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival by @flavr._

I’m so grateful to have gotten Riggs one year ago today. He’s my first dog all my own and has been such a blessing in my life. I’m so glad to have taken him in so he could retire from the breeding life. Although I found out he was two years older than I thought this year I’m going to make sure I pack in the years we have together with so much love. by @flavr._

Scroll for the before picture!

Almost 2 years ago in December I felt and ate the worst I have in my life. I weighted almost 180 pounds at the time which is borderline obese for my height and age. 28 at the time I finally figured out I couldn’t keep living the same lifestyle or I’d cause myself more issues in the future. I decided to start a journey into fitness and what a relieving journey it’s been. Through ups and downs in life and a period of inconsistency it was something that was always somewhat consistent. It has been such a mental stress reliever for me in my life. I’ve since lost 30 pounds and feel better physically than I ever have. I’ve progressed some of my eating disorder issues and today eat healthy and balance that with exercise. I’ve been nervous to share my journey because I was afraid of what people think. But I want to share it so others can be inspired to be the change they want to see in their lives. by @flavr._
