Most of the clients who tell me they are stuck are doing a great job Monday through Friday. The problem usually shows up on Saturday and Sunday, when the plan loosens up and a few unplanned meals and drinks quietly erase the week. You do not need to be rigid on the weekend to keep making progress. You just need a plan for it.
