High Protein Mac Ingredients:
2 cups of Banza noodles
2 TBSP Grass fed Butter
3/4 cup of Greek yogurt
2 eggs
Almost 4oz of milk of your choice
1/2 TSP Natures Seasoning
1/2 TSP ultimate Garlic
Cheese of your choice ... make sure you add til your soul says stop 🤣🤣 (think healthy Folks)

Pre heat oven 350
*Boil noodles in salt water for up to 6 min. Remember the noodles will continue to cook in the oven.
*When done drain then place in a the pan you will bake in.
*Take some of the butter and mix that in the noodles and sprinkle a little salt and pepper on them and mix well.
*Now grab a bowl Mix in Greek yogurt , almost 4oz of milk and seasonings and mix well . Taste the mixture just to see if you need to add anything else before adding eggs . If it tastes good then your headed on the right track.
*Add 2 eggs and mix that in well.
*Before you add the liquid mixture to noodles add a little cheese to the noodles and mix well.
On top of that add the liquid mixture on top of all the noodles. Spread it evenly.
*Take the remaining butter and slice and stick them in the noodles through out as shown in the video.
*Then add cheese on top of everything.
Cover with foil and bake @ 350° for 40min
