little throwback to one of my favorite shots from 2022:
@bills70ss’s 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 at sunset in the Livermore hills 😍
-this machine is absolutely killer!

(i thought i lost all of the pictures from this shoot up until just a few days ago when i found the memory card they were stored on 🙌🏼)

to my family, to my friends, to the acquaintances, passersby, and the general populous.. can we please, as a distinguished society, wielding one of the most elaborate, one of the most beautiful and creative languages on this planet earth —the english language…… can we please chill the fuck out with the platitudinous use of the word ‘literally.’

most of the time i hear someone using this word, its not even used in the proper context.

please consider these words or phrases instead:
- verbatim (a classic, more aggressive choice)
- word for word
- letter for letter
- to the letter
- exactly (another classic)
- precisely (channel your inner Boromir)
- faithfully
- closely (simple, but same energy)
- strictly
- accurately
- rigorously (🤔)
- literatim (put your pinky out)

together we can #literallystop

-thank you and good day 😂

whatsoever i’ve feared has
come to life..

and whatsoever i’ve fought off
became my life..

just when every day
seemed to greet me with a smile..

sunspots have faded,
now im doing time..

now im doing time…..

(how would i know that this could be my fate)

ive thought about benzo damn near every day this past year..

he had such a huge impact on my life and yet i had only known him a few years prior to his passing.

he showed me so much love from the very beginning.

i thank him for being a supportive and encouraging friend and it was a tremendous honor and privilege to be his.

it was a friendship that i hoped would last forever, but life is life.

i have so many great memories with him in that short time and i wish i could share, if just to honor his memory.. but perhaps another time.

don’t ever doubt how much of an impact you may have on someones life.

i regret not making more time.

rest easy brother
until we meet again.
