POSTS STORIES REELS

It’s hard to believe I’ve already been at @chefworksukandireland and @bragarduk for six months.

Looking back, it’s been one of the most enjoyable learning experiences of my career. Stepping into the world of hospitality workwear has introduced me to an industry that’s full of passionate people who genuinely care about what they do.

I’ve loved getting to know the needs of so many different hospitality businesses, from luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants to contract caterers and healthcare providers. Every kitchen, every team and every conversation has taught me something new.

It’s been inspiring to see the constant evolution of menus, restaurants and hotels, and to meet so many talented chefs and operators along the way, and one of the real highlights has been spending time in Ireland, where the culinary scene is thriving.

I’ve also been lucky enough to be involved with fantastic organisations like the @royalacademyofculinaryarts @craftguildofchefs @roux_scholarship @thestaffcanteen and @the_chefs_forum while seeing new partnerships develop with some truly world-class chefs and hospitality brands.

A big thank you to everyone who’s welcomed me, shared their knowledge and helped me feel so welcome in such a brilliant industry. Special thanks to Tim Lee, Sam O’kane, Emma Ullmann and Paul Gross for all their support.

Looking forward to seeing what the next six months bring at Chef Works & Bragard.
