@Nike is making some great workout gear for plus size ladies! And it's cute! I grabbed this and a few others! -

Hi folks!! It's been a while! I had a birthday this week and decided that it was time for a change. I cut off my old beads!!

These beads have taken me through heartache, a rough pregnancy, depression, death. It was time to shed all of these negative emotions in search of something brighter!

With the another birthday alive, I put on new beads to signify a fresh start, optimism, forgiveness, joy, love and more. I'm ready for a new season! New beads from @fitbeads.co !! by @flexibleandfluffy

2017. A year of Emotions. Changes. Struggles. Triumps. Failures. Tears of joy and sadness. Victories. Tears. Friendships. It has been a year! My personal theme/words for 2018 are Appreciation and Submission. My goal is to carry these words with me until I can't tell the difference between my words and my actions.

Appreciation: I will love myself, all that I was, am, and will be, more than ever. God did not make a mistake in creating me, so I will speak of myself and act in this manner! I am talented, loving and caring. I am a wonderful woman, mother and wife! I will appreciate my friends and family more and show them my love. I will spend more time with those who love me back!

Submission: I will lay before God EVERYTHING on my heart without hesitation. I will give into the person that I was designed to be and let her flourish unabashedly! I melt in to the love that my husband has for me without fear. I will submit to his unconditional love for me.
