Forever grateful!! Showing off FLEXN’s ‘Creeper Flow’ at @reggie_is_flexn workshop! If you don’t understand FLEXN, take the time to learn the history, culture, and techniques. Education is step 1.

Je, Haven’t been the same preferred the drought,
t’ai, before I pleaded for the rain
dans, a ravens shout another cravin,
La, for the change across the range
Peau, the manna falling, give me healing from the mange
I see you in every thing, feel you in the wind, my soul is bound to light

Everyone, please welcome Shades😎 to the Vyllainz family →
Shades represents a new wave of movement and style — blending the explosive energy of FlexN with the rhythm, footwork, and individuality of LiteFeet. Performing with the D.r.e.a.m Ring and Bomb Squad, he brings a unique hybrid style built on musicality, versatility, and raw performance power.

Shades has a way of making every movement feel like his own, combining two distinct cultures into a style that’s fresh, unpredictable, and impossible to overlook. We’re excited to have him rocking with Vyllainz and bringing that energy to the team.

This is only the beginning. Get ready to see Shades make his mark. →

Introducing Emotions — one of the veteran women of Flex and a respected name within the culture.

Known for her passion, precision, and unmistakable presence, Emotions has spent years leaving her mark on the scene. Her movement blends control, storytelling, and raw feeling, proving that Flex is more than technique—it’s a language. Whether she’s in a session, on a battle floor, or performing on stage, she brings a level of authenticity and experience that continues to inspire those around her.

As one of the women who has helped carry and represent the culture, Emotions has earned her respect through consistency, dedication, and a style that’s uniquely her own. Her impact reaches beyond performance, serving as an example for the next generation while continuing to elevate the art form.
