Hi, I’m Yara 🩷
Founder of Flex N’ Squeeze

I fell in love with fitness at 15 and never looked back. It made me feel strong, confident, and clear minded.. and yes, I became obsessed with finding the secret to growing the booty 🍑 while staying feminine and feeling good in my body.

That feeling changed my life, and now I get to help other women feel just as good (and 10x better).

Flex N’ Squeeze was created to give women a space to move, grow their glutes, and build confidence, whether it’s at a wellness event, a small group class, or a 1:1 session.

From the music, to the workouts, to the energy we leave with every detail is intentional.

This is just the beginning. Thank you for being here 🧘‍♀️🍑💪

One year of Flex N’ Squeeze.. and apparently the rain wanted in on the celebration too!

Rain or shine, the girls SHOWED UP. We moved, we squeezed, we celebrated & we made a little FNS history.

365 days of building a community that’s become so much bigger than a workout.

To every person who has shown up, supported, partnered, posted, brought a friend, or squeezed with us this past year, thank you. You are what makes FNS, FNS.

There are a lot of moments you don’t see.

The late nights.
The doubts.
The fear of failing.
The tears.
The excitement.
The moments where I wondered if anyone would show up.

Flex N’ Squeeze has never been about perfect events.

It’s always been about creating a space where women are able to show up for themselves, leave more confident, make some friends, and have something to look forward to every month.

One year later… here we are.

One year ago, Flex N’ Squeeze was just an idea..

Honestly… I never imagined it would become what it is today.

I just wanted to create something that brought women together. A place where we could grow our booties, feel confident, meet new friends, support local businesses, and have fun..

I remember wondering, “What if nobody comes?”.. “Am I good enough to do this?”.. “What if I fail?”..

Now, here we are… one year later.

We’ve had girls come alone and leave with new friendships. We’ve worked with so many incredible local businesses. We’ve laughed, sweated, danced, cried happy tears, and created memories I’ll never forget.

Flex N’ Squeeze has become so much more than fitness.

It’s become a community, lifestyle, a family.

To every single person who’s bought a ticket, shared a post, told a friend, partnered with us, or simply believed in what we’re building… thank you.

Seriously.

None of this would be possible without you guys.

Getting your messages saying you bought tickets, seeing you post about FNS, watching you come back event after event… it means more to me than you’ll ever know.. truly.

This community is something I’ll never take for granted.

I’m so excited to celebrate ONE YEAR with all of you on July 18 🧡

And if this first year has taught me anything…

We’re just getting started.
