At Flex, success isn’t measured only by deals closed or leaderboards climbed—it’s measured by the relationships we build along the way.

Every homeowner we meet has a story, and every conversation is an opportunity to listen, educate, and serve. While we work hard to perform at a high level, we never lose sight of what matters most: treating people with respect, building trust, and leaving every doorstep better than we found it.

These photos are a reminder that this business is about more than sales. It’s about the connections we make, the smiles we share, and the opportunity to help homeowners understand their options while growing as professionals ourselves.

To every homeowner who welcomed us with kindness—thank you. And to our reps, thank you for representing Flex with integrity, professionalism, and a people-first mindset every single day.

Because at the end of the day, the numbers tell part of the story—but the relationships tell the rest. ⚡❤️🏡

Helping a family move to solar is more than a switch in how they power their home.

It’s lower bills for them, a lighter footprint for the planet, and one more step toward a future built on energy that lasts.

Small on one rooftop. Big when it all adds up. That’s work worth being part of. 👊

Evan Thomason just put on a clinic — 3 wins in one day, including a same-day appointment, and over $20K in production.

The standard keeps getting higher. 🏆

Zayden Swearingen is on an absolute heater.

5 deals in one day on the 5th. Then comes Labor Day and he puts up 13 sets.

Hell of a stretch from the rookie. Rookie of the year conversation is getting real.

Labor Day is one of the best days of the year to sling solar.

100 sets today from the guys. 70 in the top 7. Everybody showed up and put in work.

Shoutout to Zayden Swearingen putting up 13 sets and continuing to have himself an insane run.

We’ve got a lot more left in the tank.

Khien Pastore started off the week hot with a Monday hat trick. 🎩

3 deals in one day.

Hell of a way to start the week.

Came out swinging and put three on the board before most people got rolling.
