Hey everyone!!

Welcome to my fitness + wellness space! I created this page to share my fitness journey through the different seasons of life and how I create balance. Through the highs, lows, and busy schedules I want to share ways to take care of yourself through it all!

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or already on your way, I hope this is a space where you can find motivation and build healthy habits. I’m just a 20 year old student athlete sharing my journey—so I’m not here to be perfect, just real.

WHAT A WEEK!!!!🙌🏼

The first week of preseason has been a mix of early mornings, intense trainings, and adjustments—but it's also brought growth and new friendships.

This week has been incredibly challenging, both physically and mentally, but I'm grateful for the opportunity to push my limits every day.

Last lift of the summer in Columbia🥲 Such a bittersweet time, but I’m excited for this new chapter of life!!

I finished off season training with my favorite lift—PULL DAY w/ interval runs as a finisher
4 minutes on 4 minutes off x3
